BISSELL Pet Foundation, a national animal welfare organization dedicated to ending pet homelessness, is bringing hope to the nation’s shelter pets with its “Empty the Shelters – Adopt Your Valentine” adoption event.

The Houston Humane Society will participate, offering $25 ADOPTION FEES DOGS 12 MONTHS AND OLDER AND FEE WAIVED ADOPTIONS FOR ALL CATS!
