Gracie Memorial Event
As many of you may already know, our beloved mascot and guardian of the Cabanas, Gracie, crossed the Rainbow Bridge late last month. We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to live and work alongside Gracie. She embraced HHS staff, volunteers, and visitors as her found family and has been an integral part of HHS for several years.
In remembrance of Gracie, we are raising funds for the Fix Felix and Friends for Free program to help other animals just like Gracie live their best and healthiest lives. Please join our effort to “pay it forward” in Gracie’s memory, and help more animals in the community receive spay/neuter surgery. At the conclusion of this month-long memorial campaign, Gracie will receive her very own tribute brick on the cabana pathway, a nod to her favorite spot to watch the comings and goings of the cabana, and playfully taunt the dogs housed there.
