HHS TWRC Wildlife Center invites you to watch the Waugh Bat Colony Rescue Release on Wednesday, December 28 at 5:30 PM at the Buffalo Bayou Park (corner of Allen Parkway and Waugh). After 6 days in rehabilitation, we are excited to release close to 700 Mexican free tailed bats back to their colony under the bridge.
