Abandoned Kittens in Carboard Box

When we first met Gilma, we weren't sure if she was going to make it. She was abandoned in a cardboard box with almost no ventilation, food, or water along with her kittens and "dad." Gilma had a severe injury causing her eye protrude from its eye socket. Although her physical appearance will always have the reminder of what she went through, her soul remains joyful and pure. She purrs loudly and welcomes each visitor with head butts and pets. She is all healed up and ready for her fur-ever home at our adoption center - 14700 ALMEDA Rd.

We're so thankful to be a part of Harris County Animal Cruelty Taskforce and for its partners who helped save this family from a worse fate - Harris County Sheriff's Office, Constable Ted Heap, Harris County Constable Precinct 5,
