Bella Update: Two Charged with Abandonment

On Monday, October 31, The Houston Humane Society, in conjunction with the Harris County District Attorney's Office and Harris County Constables Office Precinct 5, held a joint press conference to announce charges being filed and warrants issued for 2 suspects in connection with Bella's case.

Early Thursday, November 3, Elisha Gonzalez appeared before a judge after being arrested some time during the night.  As of now, she is in jail with a $1,500 bond set. You can watch her court appearance thanks to KPRC
