Happy Tail Bear

Hello!

My name is Katy. I adopted my dog, Bear, from the Houston Humane Society about 5 years ago. I also came back a couple years ago to get my cat, Sophie. We are so blessed to have these fur animals in our life. I am reaching out to see where I should send my dog's story. Since Bear has come into my life, a lot has changed, for the better! Bear is now my service dog and has just recently passed her test to be a therapy dog! She accompanies me to work and sessions as I work at a residential treatment center for children dealing with complex trauma. She has truly stepped into her element and I would love to share more about her story to help inspire others who are looking for their next furrever friend.

Thanks for all you do for the animals.

My life would definitely not be the same without it.
