Happy Tail Birdie

Hello! 
 
We adopted Elsa (now Birdie!) about a month ago and we love her so very much! From the moment we saw her joyfully running at the humane society, with her big smile, we knew she was the pup we were looking for. 
 
We learned more about her and her fellow winter storm survivor's stories after we had adopted her, and we just know that they will be just as wonderful as she is and their future owners will be lucky to have them in their lives!
 
Nowadays she has her latex bed instead of a concrete block, and she LOVES all her stuffies. She enjoys the water (except in bath form), air conditioning, and squeaky toys :)
 
She has enriched our lives more than I can express and we are so SO grateful to the staff at the Houston Humane Society for taking her and her companions in during the storm, and for taking such wonderful care of her so she is such a loving, joyous, playful, and trusting pup, even after everything she has been through.
