Happy Tail Lexie

I adopted Lexie 2 years ago, Labor Day weekend 2021. In just 2 short years, it feels as though I've had her since she was a puppy. I learn more about her every week, as I watch her experience new things like the beaches of Corpus Christi, Zillow Park in Austin, finding her big girl bark and romping around with her doggy neighbor friends in our new home. She keeps me on my toes with her sassy, mouthy personality that it's hard to believe she was once so shy. I'm so thankful to HHS and whoever sponsored her heart worm treatment because she is truly my "dream" dog. She's the goodest of girls, protector of the realm, my babygirl, Lexiebear, Sweetiepea. And I'm just grateful to have her.
