K9 Fun Run - Featuring Bluey Heeler!

Hey there, fellow pups! It’s time to rally up your pawrents and get ready for the BEST. DAY. EVER. — the Houston Humane Society’s K9 Fun Run + Walk 43rd Annual on May 3rd at Tejas Brewery!!! 

Trust me, this annual event is a total blast, and it’s not just about running… It’s about helping save lives and spreading the word about the amazing work HHS does for pups like us! 🧡

If running isn’t your thing, no worries! You don’t have to go the distance all at once — just take it at your own pace. Walk, trot, or chill in a comfy stroller while your humans do the hard work. We’re here for fun!!!

Last year, I had the best time exploring — from belly rubs at the vendor booths to snagging a few extra treats (shhh, don’t tell anyone 🦴😋).

And when the sun was out, there were ice pools set up to help us stay cool while we partied. Gotta stay refreshed, right?

But here’s the real paw-some part: the costume contest at the end! Bring a change of clothes — or just rock your best costume from the start — because this is your moment to shine. Last year, I saw pups dressed as pirates, superheroes, and even sushi rolls. Next level!
